For the first time in three years, the Central Bank of Russia lowered the key rate to 20%
Starting from June 9, 2025, this indicator will be 20%.
Further Central Bank’s decisions on the key rate will be based on the speed and sustainability of the decline in inflation and inflation expectations. According to the Central Bank’s forecast, annual inflation will return to 4% in 2026.
The next meeting on the key rate will be held on July 25th, 2025.
