From January 1, 2025, the amount of state fees for registration of a number of rights and real estate transactions will increase

 

In order to reflect a lease agreement or a contract for the assignment of rights of claim under it in the unified state register of real estate, it will be necessary to pay 2 times more than at present.

State fees for legally significant actions with enterprises as property complexes will considerably increase.

For the state registration of a lease agreement or an assignment of rights of claim under it, an individual will be supposed to pay a state fee in the amount of 4,000 rubles, and a legal entity – in the amount of 44,000 rubles. For comparison, these fees currently amount to 2,000 rubles and 22,000 rubles respectively.

From 2025, as before, an individual will be supposed to pay 700 rubles for the state registration of agreements on modification or termination of contracts that are recorded in the unified state register of real estate, and a legal entity – 2,000 rubles.

The fee for cadastral registration of an enterprise and state registration of rights to it will amount to 0.2% of the asset price (i.e. property and rights within the enterprise), but not more than 1 million rubles. The price will be determined on the date of the request for appropriate actions. Upon transfer of ownership, the minimum fee will be 0.2% of the transaction price.

Currently, the fee is 0.1% of the asset price, but not more than 60,000 rubles.

The state fee for registration of real estate transactions (except for enterprises) of mutual investment funds will amount to 44,000 rubles. It refers to the objects whose cadastral value is not determined or does not exceed 22 million rubles.

If, on the date of applying for state registration, the cadastral value exceeds 22 million rubles, then the fee will be 0.2% of it, but not more than 1 million rubles. In case of transfer of ownership, the minimum state fee will be 0.2% of the transaction price.

For the same actions with enterprises of mutual funds, it will be necessary to pay a fee of 0.2% of the asset price, but not more than 1 million rubles. Upon transfer of ownership, it is necessary to pay at least 0.2% of the transaction price.

Currently, the state duty is 22,000 rubles, regardless of the cadastral value and type of real estate.
