The Fine provided for by Part 1 of Article 13.11 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (violation of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data, or processing of personal data in cases not provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data, or processing of personal data incompatible with the purposes of personal data collection, Violation of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data, except in cases provided for by parts 2, 11-18 of Article 13.11 and Article 17.13 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation) will be:

·from 10,000 to 15,000 rubles for individuals;

·from 50,000 to 100,000 rubles for officials and individual entrepreneurs;

·up to 150,000 to 300,000 rubles for legal entities.

For the repeated commission of this offense, the fines will be:

·from 15,000 to 30,000 rubles for individuals;

·from 100,000 to 200,000 rubles for officials;

·from 300,000 to 500,000 rubles for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.

A 50% discount will not be applied to fines for all offenses provided for by Article 13.11 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
