On January 16th, 2025, a meeting of the Legal Committee of the Russian-German Chamber of Commerce was held. The meeting was attended by lawyers and representatives of the business community of Russia and Germany.

Svetlana Makarova, Managing Partner of Mosgo & Partners, made a presentation on the topic “Inheritance of share in LLC authorized capital”.
