On June 25th, 2025, Svetlana Makarova, Managing Partner of Mosgo & Partners, took part in the meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. The event was organized by the Franco-Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Russian-German Chamber of Commerce.

The participants were greeted by Ivan Dmitriev (Director of Government Relations at the Franco-Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry), and Ruslan Kokorev (Executive Director of the Russian-German Chamber of Commerce).

Further, in the question-answer format, the participants discussed topics such as the traceability of medicines for medical use and raw materials, the further development of a point system for evaluating the localization of medical devices and pharmaceutical products, the upcoming reform of the lists of strategically important medicines and vital and essential medicines, problems of termination manufacturing, parallel import, and patent disputes, compulsory licensing of medicines and medical devices. The speakers were Ekaterina Priezheva (Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation) and Olga Kravtsova (Deputy Director of the Department for the Development of the Medical and Pharmaceutical Industry of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

The event was attended by representatives of the legal and business circles of Russia, Germany, and France.
