Mosgo & Partners’ managing partner Oleg Mosgo and associate Maria Belova have prepared an article for the journal “Arbitration practice” (No. 6), which deals with enforcement and recognition of foreign courts judgments.

This issue is of particular interest absent a universal treaty or legislative regulation. Particular attention should be given to enforcement and recognition of judgments on the footing of reciprocity and comity and their legal nature. Earlier on, the authors introduced a presentation on the topic. The article in German was published by the Ostinstitut Wismar.
