The Ninth State Commercial Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the Moscow City State Commercial Court in our client's dispute with a counterparty over recovery of a multi-million debt against a major Russian company.

The court of first instance fully satisfied the client's claims for recovery of principal and default interest and also awarded the client 75% of the claimed legal costs.
