Associate of Mosgo & Partners Elena Cherkasova made a report on the meeting of the Work group on Start-ups of the Committee for digital technologies of the Russian-German Chamber of Commerce (AHK), which was held in Moscow on 2^nd of November 2017.

Elena talked about the possibilities of attracting investments through such unnamed in the Russian law contractual forms and structures, as participation loan and convertible loan. Elena also spoke about the Russian crowdfunding and investment in the form of grants.

In addition, the report contained information on corporate forms of investment (e.g., in the form of joint subsidiaries), the structure and the main provisions of the shareholders agreement – agreement between the company’s shareholders, which allows deviating from the fairly strict legal regulation of internal relations of shareholders within the company.
