Mosgo & Partners law firm acted as a representative and legal adviser for a major German automotive holding in an arbitration dispute to recover a multi-million debt against a major Russian company.

The court of first instance fully satisfied the client's claims for recovery of principal and default interest and also awarded the client 75% of the claimed legal costs.
