Mosgo & Partners lawyers succeeded in including the claims of their client, a major European pharmaceutical company, in the creditor claims register of a Russian pharmaceutical distributor in the amount of approximately 40 million RUB.

In court, the existence of the legal grounds of the client's claim has been confirmed, as well as the insolvency administrator's claims that the client was affiliated with the debtor have been refuted. The Moscow City State Commercial Court granted the application for inclusion of the client's claims in the register in the amount of the full value of the principal debt as well as contractual penalties.
