An Appeals Court sided with a client of Mosgo & Partners in a dispute over recovery of a multi-million amount of unjust enrichment from a counterparty.

The Ninth State Commercial Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the Moscow City State Commercial Court in a dispute between our client, a large French company, and its Russian counterparty (an insurance broker) over the recovery of unjust enrichment resulting from the wrongful withholding of multi-million amounts of reinsurance premiums that should have been transferred to the reinsurer.

We are pleased to have won another victory in state commercial courts and success for our client, who with our assistance has already received a substantial sum from an unscrupulous defendant in enforcement proceedings".
